We the German Friends of LSE and LSE Alumni Association Hungary, cordially invite you and your partner to the German-Hungarian LSE Alumni Skiing Weekend in SkiWorld Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, Austria.
Following the great success of last year's event, it would be a great opportunity to further strengthen our international alumni networks, while having great fun together on the slopes and at the apres-ski parties.
Please confirm your attendance by email (info@lsealumni.de or info@lsealumni.hu) until the 4th of December 2015. Please let us know your accommodation preferences: arrival and departure date, number of persons, single or double room.
Booking your accommodation:
Once we have the exact number of participants, we will negotiate favourable room rates, preferably in a three-star hotel, with wellness facilities, half board, internet and parking.
We will email you all booking information by end of December. Room reservations will be made by each participant individually to the suggested hotel(s)
In case you have different accommodation preferences, you are certainly free to book any other hotel or apartment.
Travel to SkiWorld Wilder Kaiser - Brixental:
Every participant will travel individually by car or by train.
We suggest that you arrive around 7:00 pm on the 23rd of February 2016. You are certainly welcome to join us later on that day, or only for the weekend.
