We, the German Friends of LSE and the LSE Alumni Association Hungary cordially invite you and your partner to the German-Hungarian LSE Alumni Skiing Weekend at Sölden Ski Area - Ötztal, Austria, both an Alpine Ski World Cup Venue and one of Europe's most renowned Ski&Snowboard Resorts.
Following the great success of our last years' LSE alumni skiing events, it would be a great opportunity to further strengthen our international alumni network, while having great fun together on the slopes and at the aprés-ski parties.
Please confirm your attendance by email (info@lsealumni.de or info@lsealumni.hu) until 10th February 2017. Please ler us know your accommodation preferences, arrival and departure dates, number of persons, single or double room.
Booking your accommodation:
-Once we have the exact number of participants, we will negotiate favourable rates, preferably in a three-star hotel with wellness facilities, half board, internet and parking.
-We will email you all booking information by end of January. Room reservations will be made by each participant individually at the suggested hotel(s)
-In case you have different accommodation preferences, please feel free to book any other hotel or apartment.
Travel to Sölden Ski Area - Ötztal, Austria:
-Every participant will travel individually by car or by train
-We suggest that you arrive around 7pm on the 15th of March 2017
You are certainly welcome to join us later on that day, or only for the weekend.
