We, the German Friends of LSE and LSE Alumni Association Hungary, cordially invite you and your partner to the German-Hungarian LSE Alumni Skiing Weekend in Zillertal, Austria from the 11th to the 15th of March 2015. This event would be a great opportunity to strengthen our international alumni networks, while having great fun together on the slopes and at the apres-ski parties.
Please confirm your attendance by email (info@lsealumni.de or info@lsealumni.hu) until 13th of February 2015. Please let us know your accommodation preferences: arrival and departure date, number of persons, single or double room.
Booking your accommodation:
- Once we have the exact number of participants, we will negotiate favourable room rates, preferably in a three-star hotel in Mayrhofen, with wellness facilities, half board, internet and parking.
- We will email you all booking information by the end of February. Room reservations will be made by each participant individually to the suggested hotel(s).
- In case you have different accommodation preferences, you are certainly free to book any other hotel or apartment.
Travel to Zillertal:
- Every participant will travel individually by car or by train.
- We suggest that you arrive around 7:00pm on the 11th of March 2015. You are certainly welcome to join us later on that day, or only for the weekend.
