First Annual Hungarian LSE Alumni Cooking Class

On 28 March, we gathered for the First Annual Hungarian LSE Alumni Cooking Class event. A dozen of us carefully followed the detailed instructions of Austrian master chéf Klaus Deutchmann and learnt that: cooking is love, thyme is good in everything and blanching is best performed when the tomato „twitches” a bit. We finished the evening by eating all we had cooked together.
